JT Landscaping Fence approached our fence job from a project management and property security standpoint. The job was to fence a gap left by a building removal; Maria scheduled the fence to be installed simultaneous with a new structure build, ensuring our property was securely fenced as soon as the build could accommodate it. JT crew also cut a significant length of concrete pad to accommodate a drainage project on-site. Her crew completed the cut then removed the concrete waste and provided a channel for drainage work to commence. Two existing rotten and broken fence posts were removed and new ones set on a different section of fence. Maria also thoughtfully suggested a solution for keeping alley materials from creeping onto my property - her creative thinking helped to resolve the problem and her crew made the change gratis. All fencing, post replacements, and concrete cutting were professionally and thoughtfully addressed, the crew was respectful of access to alley by neighbors, and the site was left clear of waste for the three days the full project took to complete. Maria was responsive to my communication and her customer service is top-notch. She truly cares about her work and customer satisfaction.

I didn’t think they’d have 900 feet of fence up in two days. I also had some custom gate work done. They fabricated metal gates that matched the fencing exactly. Once we had the quote, Maria personally took fence samples to our HOA in Dupont to ensure the fence scheme, color, and layout received approval before installation. We were out of state and unavailable to go, so Maria went above and beyond. Day of installation, the trash ran. Maria came out personally, and made sure that the neighbors driveways weren’t blocked, and oversaw all work. We decided to add in some gravel removal and replace with mulch. Again, Maria handled this request with precision and transparent quotes/pricing. Guys stared at 0830 and finished by 2000 cleaning up everything so well. They did absolutely amazing with our new fence and patio. They had to do an entire tear down of our old fence. We’re just so impressed with how quick and efficiently they worked! We can’t wait to use them for landscaping soon. Update: we called them in to do all new sod and level out our awful lumpy backyard. It was very unnecessarily lumpy because years ago there was a tree. But we have babies in the family and we needed this yard perfectly safe! They just knocked it out of the park. The pictures say everything. Maria and her team were able to capture the gate I had as an idea. It first started out with my existing 10 foot swinging gate, which was too small for my truck and trailer. They were able to make it into a 20 foot sliding gate with a heavy duty steel frames and rollers. We also came into unforseen issues that they were able to take care of in the same day. Best fence company I’ve worked yet. Definitely hoping to have more work done by them in the future.

We highly recommend JT Fencing. Out of 5 quotes in our area they were the cheapest and they completed the entire job in one day. They also gave us our initial quote same day before leaving our driveway! We had over 190 ft of fencing replaced. They had our old fence torn down within an hour and had our new fence up and done within 8 hours, which includes a typical gate and a double 12ft long gate. The crew worked incredibly hard and fast, even during the down pour we had that day (we felt terrible for them, they were soaked half the day). Maria was a saint, very personable, and she quickly responded to the bazillion questions I had before the job even began. JT Fencing also didn't ask for any money up front. Payment wasn't expected until we completed our walk through with them once the job was completed. Our fence is beautiful and several neighbors have commented on how perfect it looks. STOP LOOKING ELSEWHERE! No need! We had a total of 5 quotes for our privacy fence. Maria came out and not only blew the competition out of the water with the prices, but they refused to take a dime of our money until the job was completed! They had our fence built in a day and it was beautiful! The team was super friendly and efficient. They did such a great job, my neighbor across the street used them the very next week. Just one month later My HOA hired them to do a bigger job of installing a privacy fence to block off a portion of our surrounding community. AGAIN, coming through with a quote that shamed the competition! They even signed up to do the job knowing our HOA treasurer is out on vacation for the next few weeks and payment will be delayed. This is by far, the EASIEST company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were able to fix the botch chain link work from the "All American Fence" company that left our property in shambles. We are even having them come back to our property to do some concrete work. They do it ALL! Maria came out prior to installing our HOA fence just to set up traffic cones to block off a section of our road for our neighborhood safety purposes. We had a black chain link fence installed in September by JT Fencing. It was an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish. The principals and crew were highly professional and did quality work. Our yard was difficult to fence because of numerous rock walls, with the fence built mostly on top of the walls. We obtained several estimates. JT Fencing was not the lowest, but we were impressed with them from the original visit and estimate by Maria, thru followup with Jesus, her father, and ongoing communications with them and their crew during the work. We also made changes and additions during the project, some at their suggestion and well founded. They lived up to their numerous positive reviews. Their promptness was remarkable. We agreed on the project on September 14. Most of the posts were set in concrete on the 22nd. The fence was completed on the 25th & 27th. Based on our experience, I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them highly.
